This stunning kanjivaram sari in pale grey shot with black is handwoven with checks and fine stripes highlighted with floral buttis in gold zari, on the body. The borders in rust orange shot with black have diamond, mayil(peacock), manga(paisley) and geometric motifs in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a twill band flanked by a yaanai(elephant), parakkum kuthirai(winged horse), annam, rudraksham, floral, manga and stylised leaf patterns in gold zari.
