This classic kanjivaram sari in ochre yellow shot with magenta is handwoven with mayil(peacock) and chakaram motifs in gold zari, on the body. The korvai borders in a dual shade of magenta have diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari, while the pallu features a geometric band flanked by yaanai(elephant), yali, parakkum kuthirai(winged horse), mayil, rudraksham and stylised leaf patterns in gold zari.
