This regal kanjivaram sari in lavender shot with pale beige is handwoven with a diamond enclosing floral buttis in gold zari, all over the body. The korvai borders are in cobalt blue shot with deep purple, the broad border has twill, mayil(peacock), manga(paisley) and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the narrow border has twill, manga and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu mirrors the colours of the borders and features a large diamond band flanked by yaanai(elephant), mayil, vanki(chevron), rudraksham, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
