This regal kanjivaram sari in lavender shot with pink is handwoven with checks enclosing elephant, winged horse and iruthalai pakshi motifs in gold zari, all over the body. The korvai borders in a dual shade of orange, the broad border has yali, peacock, floral, stylized fish, diamonds, and geometric patterns in gold zari, both have a selvedge in green. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a twill band flanked by peacock, paisley, temple and geometric motifs all in gold zari.
