This regal kanjivaram sari in dark ochre yellow shot with black is handwoven with checks in gold zari on the body. The borders have geometric, circular and twill patterns in gold zari, along with bands in red, mustard yellow and dark blue. The pallu woven using the 'adai' technique features iruthalai pakshi and geometric motifs in gold zari and bands in gold tissue.
