This elegant kanjivaram sari in deep mulberry purple shot with black is handwoven with floral motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders have thuthiripoo, geometric, twill and vanki(chevron) patterns in gold zari, along with hints of golden yellow. The pallu features a vanki(chevron) pattern edged by iruthalai pakshi, maan(deer), kili(parrot), mayil(peacock), manga(paisley), geometric and floral motifs in gold zari.
