This unique kanjivaram sari in pale blue grey is handwoven with checks in gold zari and magenta, running along the body. The korvai borders in a dual shade of magenta have diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari and red, along with hints of brown. The pallu is interlocked using the 'benth' technique in the same colours as the borders features a chevron band edged by horse, floral, kalaiarasi (dancing girls), paisley and geometric motifs in gold zari woven using the'adai' technique.
