This classic kanjivaram sari in burnt orange shot with dark mulberry purple is handwoven with checks enclosing floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders in a dual shade of purple have thuthiripoo and geometric patterns in gold and silver zari, along with hints of burnt orange. The pallu mirrors the colours of the body and the patterns of the borders also features floral and paai patterns in gold and silver zari, woven using the 'adai' technique.
