Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 22-110-HS001-09545

This beautiful kanjivaram sari in vermillion red is handwoven with kuyilkann(cuckoo eyes) motifs in gold zari, across the body. The korvai borders are in purple shot with leaf green, the broad border has twill, parakkum kuthirai(winged eyes), mayil(peacock), mythical bird, iruthalai pakshi, rudraksham and geometric patterns in gold zari and purple; while the small border has twill, rudraksham, mayil, parakkum kuthirai and geometric patterns in gold zari and purple. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a diamond band edged by yali, manga(paisley), maan(deer), stylised leaf and geometric motifs all in gold zari.
