This beautiful kanjivaram sari in bronze shot with vintage pink is handwoven with annam and manga(paisley) motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders in rust orange shot with bronze have kili(parrot), floral, twill, salangai(anklet) and kuyilkann(cuckoo eyes)patterns in gold zari and rust orange, along with hints of bright yellow. The pallu is interlocked using the 'benth' technique in the same colours as the borders, features a chevron band flanked by kalaiarasi (dancing girls), horse, floral, stylised leaf and geometric motifs in gold zari woven using the 'adai' technique.
