Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 21-110-HS001-02897

This sari is from Kanakavalli's Reiya collective of kanjivarams that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This elegant kanjivaram sari in a dual shade of blue is handwoven with checks enclosing floral buttis in gold zari, all over the body. The broad and narrow borders have twill and manga(paisley) patterns in gold zari and blue. The pallu features a diamond band flanked by kodi visiri(floral creeper) and geometric motifs in gold zari.
