Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Angavastram CO-ORD 24-611-HA001-08580

This men's kanjivaram weave angavastram set, comprising of a veshti and an angavastram length, is handwoven in pale grey shot with off-white.

The borders, executed in korvai with a thazhampoo reku border jointing detail, follow a ganga jamuna layout, where the bottom border as worn is in mayilkazhuthu (a shot colour featuring royal blue and green) and the top border as worn is in crimson red. The borders are embellished with a diamond, manga(paisley), vanki(chevron) and geometric patterns in gold zari. The end pattas feature a band in gold zari and pistachio green.
