ASSIGNMENT - PRODUCT, PRINT & PACKAGING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As part of your application and the selection process for the post of Product, Print and Packaging Graphic Designer, we would like to see your technical and visual communication skills, specifically in interpreting a packaging idea into a working file usable for sampling and development. 

Below is an image of a packaging box we would like to consider developing. 

You will note that it only has some measurements called out, and part of the objective is to see how well you can create the overall sizing from these key measurements, while maintaining the overall scale visual of the box shown. 

You will be expected to submit your working process, including rough notes and drawings, along with a final graphic file that would be what one would present to a vendor for sampling the above product. 

The clarity in visual communication you present via your submission, is what we will be reviewing, along with attention to detail and completeness of information. 

In short, before you complete and submit the assignment, ask yourself if your submission is thorough enough for a person to develop the box from your details you've given.
