Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 23-598-HS005-01165

This stunning kanjivaram silk cotton sari in a dual shade of green is handwoven with stripes in bottle green highlighted by circular motifs in dark olive and dark leaf green, with a silk warp and cotton weft on the body. The borders in pastel green shot with olive green have twill, chevron and geometric patterns in teal blue and dark pink. The pallu features a geometric band edged by deer, peacock, paisley, floral, chevron and twill motifs in leaf green and dark olive.

Woven with silk and cotton in the warp, and silk in the weft, these exclusively developed handlooms, with their higher silk content, impart these saris with a soft luster and bodied drape.
