Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 22-598-HS005-13177

This elegant silk cotton sari in black is handwoven with stripes in copper pink silk, along with floral buttis in scarlet red and yellow silk on the body. The borders in scarlet red cotton shot with black silk have geometric patterns in orange and scarlet red silk. The pallu mirrors the colour of the body and the patterns of the borders also features deer, peacock, paisley, floral and geometric patterns in scarlet red and yellow silk.

Woven with silk and cotton in the warp, and silk in the weft, these exclusively developed handlooms, with their higher silk content, impart these saris with a soft luster and bodied drape.
