This stunning kanjivaram sari in violet shot with scarlet red is handwoven with mayil(peacock) and floral buttis in gold zari, on the body. The borders in a dual shade of red have diamond, yali, annam, manga(paisley), rudraksham, floral and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with a selvedge in emerald green. The pallu in the same colour as the border features a geometric band flanked by twill, yaanai(elephant), annam, manga, floral and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
