This stunning kanjivaram sari in dark leaf green shot with deep purple is handwoven with geometric motifs in gold zari, on the body. The broad border has twill, floral and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the narrow border has twill and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu features a diamond band flanked by kodi visiri(floral creeper), circular, geometric and salangai(anklet) motifs all in gold zari.
