This regal kanjivaram sari in dark green shot with black is handwoven with mayil(peacock) and chakaram motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders have diamond, yaanai(elephant), kuthirai(horse), floral and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with hints in deep red. The pallu features a twill band edged by yaanai, mayil, yali, floral, geometric, rudraksham and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
