This classic kanjivaram sari in burnt orange shot with sap green is handwoven with geometric motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The korvai borders in deep red shot with burnt orange have twill, kuthirai(horse), floral and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu mirrors the colours of the borders and also features a vanki band(chevron) flanked by mayil(peacock), yali, yaanai(elephant), annam, manga(paisley), floral, rudraksham and geometric motifs in gold zari.
