This stunning kanjivaram sari in blue shot with deep purple is handwoven with checks in gold zari, all over the body. The borders have vanki(chevron), neli, floral, geometric and salangai(anklet) patterns in gold zari and deep purple, along with moplah bands in golden yellow. The pallu features a diamond band flanked by yaanai(elephant), mayil(peacock), manga(paisley), twill, floral and geometric motifs in gold zari.
