This unique kanjivaram sari in pistachio green shot with deep sap green is handwoven with an ettu kol twill pattern in gold zari, highlighted by checks, mayil(peacock), maan(deer), iruthalai pakshi and parakum kuthirai(winged horse) motifs in gold zari and leaf green, on the body. The borders in stem green shot with deep sap green have diamond, rudraksham and geometric patterns in gold zari, with hints of leaf green. The pallu is interlocked using the 'benth' technique in the same colours as the borders and features a diamond band edged by yali, mann kuthirai(terracotta horse), mythical animal, floral, manga(paisley), salangai(anklet) and geometric motifs in gold zari, along with hints of leaf green.
