This classic kanjivaram sari in black is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders in hot pink shot with black have mayil(peacock), yali, manga(paisley), thazhampoo reku (temple), vanki(chevron) and floral motifs in gold zari, along with diamond patterns and a selvedge in leaf green. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a vanki band edged by mayil, thazhampoo reku, manga, chakaram, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
