This classic kanjivaram sari in kizhi pachai (parrot green) shot is handwoven with mayil(peacock) and floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The korvai borders in crimson red have diamond, yaanai, mayil, manga, twill, geometric patterns and hints in gold zari and leaf green. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features checks, mayil, chakaram, yaanai, manga, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
