Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 20-600-HS001-02141

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This beautiful kanjivaram sari in brown shot with black is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari, along with dramatically large manga(paisley) motifs in gold zari placed on either corner of the body. The borders in a dual shade of brown have floral, twill and geometric patterns in gold zari and black. The pallu in the same colours as the body, mirrors the patterns of the borders and also features a diamond band in gold zari.
