This vibrant kanjivaram sari in a dual shade of yellow is handwoven with a self jacquard pattern, highlighted by paisley motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders are in ruby red shot with bright yellow, the broad border has diamond, peacock, chakaram and paisley patterns in gold zari; while the small border has diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari, both having hints and selvedge in golden yellow, leaf green and dark green. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features checks enclosing peacock, diamond and chakaram buttis flanked by elephant, paisley and stylised leaf motifs all in gold zari.
