This regal kanjivaram sari in black is handwoven with checks enclosing iruthalai pakshi and chakaram motifs in gold zari and sage green, all over the body. The borders in scarlet red shot with black have peacock, floral and geometric patterns in gold zari, while the pallu features a diamand band flanked by iruthalai pakshi, horse, temple and geometric motifs all in gold zari.
