Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 21-100-HS001-03180

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This classic kanjivaram sari in red shot with gold tissue is handwoven with geometric and floral buttis in gold zari, all over the body. The borders have diamond, twill, rudraksham, annam, manga(paisley) and floral motifs in gold zari. The pallu features vanki(chevron) pattern flanked by mayil(peacock), rudraksham, stylised leaf and geometric patterns in gold zari.
