Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 21-060-HS001-06354

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This stunning kanjivaram sari in black is handwoven with a diamond pattern enclosing floral motifs in gold zari, all over the body. The korvai borders are in black, the broad and small borders have peacock, diamond, paisley and geometric patterns in gold zari and black. The pallu features a twill band flanked by peacock, stylised leaf and geometric motifs in gold zari.
