Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 22-598-HS005-10612

This regal silk cotton sari in black is handwoven with stripes and checks in beige silk and orange cotton, running along the body. The broad border has diamond and chevron patterns in beige silk, along with bands in burnt orange and green cotton; while the small border has diamond and geometric pattern in beige silk . The pallu features diamond, chevron and geometric patterns in copper pink and green silk.

These exclusively commissioned silk cotton handlooms are woven with a much higher silk content, which gives them a beautiful lustre and crisp drape.
