Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 22-598-HS005-06964

This unique silk cotton sari in a dual shade of green silk is handwoven with bands in black cotton, along with neli stripes and geometric patterns in scarlet red cotton on the body. The borders in dark green silk shot with black cotton have chevron, paisley and geometric motifs in rust orange and scarlet red cotton. The pallu mirroring the colours of the body features diamond, chevron and geometric patterns in mustard yellow and scarlet red silk.

These exclusively commissioned silk cotton handlooms are woven with a much higher silk content, which gives them a beautiful lustre and crisp drape.
