Kanakavalli Silk/Cotton Sari 21-598-HS005-01994

This classic silk cotton sari in navy blue silk shot with magenta silk is handwoven with stripes in orange cotton, along with paisley patterns in mustard yellow and pink silk on the body. The borders follow a ganga jamuna layout, where in the sides are in navy blue cotton and scarlet red cotton both shot with magenta silk having geometric patterns and stripes in mustard orange and green cotton. The pallu mirrors the patterns and colours of the body also features peacock and geometric patterns in mustard yellow and pink silk.

These exclusively commissioned silk cotton handlooms are woven with a much higher silk content, which gives them a beautiful lustre and crisp drape.
