This stunning kanjivaram sari in orange shot with black is handwoven with checks enclosing mayil(peacock) and chakaram motifs in gold zari, on the body. The borders have a selvedge in magenta. The pallu in magenta shot with black features a diamond pattern edged by kuthirai(horse), mythical animal, floral, twill, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
