This vibrant kanjivaram sari in pastel green shot with pale lilac is handwoven with mayil(peacock) and chakaram motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders in mint green shot with pastel green have fine stripes in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a diamond band flanked by yaanai(elephant), parakkum kuthirai(winged horse), mayil, floral, twill, geometric and stylised leaf patterns in gold zari.
