This stunning kanjivaram sari in a dual shade of red is handwoven with checks in gold zari and leaf green, highlighted by yaanai(elephant), mayil(peacock) and yali motifs in gold zari. The korvai borders in a dual shade of dark leaf green have diamond, salangai(anklet) and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with hints of red. The pallu in the same colour as the border features a seeprekku pattern flanked by kuthirai(horse), mayil, yali, diamond, twill, salangai, floral and geometric motifs in gold zari and red.
