This regal kanjivaram sari in ink blue shot with black is handwoven with checks enclosing iruthalai pakshi and chakaram motifs in gold zari on the body. The borders in fuchsia pink shot with black have iruthalai pakshi, floral, paisley and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features checks enclosing peacock and chakaram motifs edged by yali, floral and temple motifs also in gold zari.
