This stunning kanjivaram sari in scarlet red shot with dark purple is handwoven with vaira oosi checks, highlighted by peacock and floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders are in magenta shot with scarlet red, the broad border has twill, peacock, yali and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the small border has twill and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu mirrors the colours of the borders and features a diamond band edged by peacock, paisley and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari.
