This regal kanjivaram sari in dark violet shot with emerald green is handwoven with fine checks, highlighted by peacock and chakram motifs in gold zari on the body. The borders in fuchsia pink shot with dark violet have twill, paisley and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a diamond band edged by iruthalai pakshi, horse, temple, floral, stylised leaf and geometric motifs in gold zari.
