The korvai borders are in navy blue, the broad border has diamond, peacock, floral and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the small border has peacock, floral and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features iruthalai pakshi, yali, peacock, parrot, floral, paisley and geometric motifs all in gold zari.
