This stunning kanjivaram sari in a dual shade of violet is handwoven with checks enclosing peacock, elephant, deer, winged horse and chakaram motifs in gold zari on the body. The korvai borders are in fuchsia pink shot with pastel pink, the broad border has diamond, iruthalai pakshi, floral and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the small border has diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a diamond band edged by peacock, horse, floral and geometric motifs all in gold zari.
