This beautiful kanjivaram sari in vermillion red shot with purple is handwoven with diamond enclosing geometric motifs in gold zari, across the body. The korvai borders are in a dual shade of blue, the broad border has diamond, peacock and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the small border has diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu in the same colours as the borders features a diamond band edged by peacock, lion, chakaram, stylised leaf and geometric motifs all in gold zari.
