This regal kanjivaram sari in blue shot with taupe is handwoven with floral buttis in gold zari, dotted on the body. The broad border has peacock, twill, paisley and geometric patterns in gold zari; while the small border has peacock and paisley motifs in gold zari. The pallu features a band of twill and diamond patterns flanked by iruthalai pakshi, horse, paisley, floral and stylised leaf motifs all in gold zari.
