Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 22-040-HS001-15007

This unique kanjivaram sari is handwoven with checks in gold zari, scarlet red, violet and hot pink, running along the body. The korvai borders follow a ganga jamuna layout where the sides are in rust orange and dark olive green shot with dark brown, both having circular, paisley and geometric patterns in gold zari and grey, along with hints of dark olive green and rust orange. The pallu is interlocked using the 'pethni' technique in burgundy and features a diamond band flanked by parrot, elephant and geometric motifs in gold zari, woven using the 'adai' technique.
