This regal kanjivaram sari in a crimson red shot with rust orange is handwoven with checks in gold zari on the body. The borders have geometric, circular and twill patterns in gold zari, along with bands and hints in green, burnt orange and bright orange. The pallu woven using the 'adai' technique features iruthalai pakshi and geometric motifs in gold zari and bands in gold tissue.
