This stunning kanjivaram sari in dark blue shot with blue grey is handwoven with checks enclosing floral motifs in gold zari, running along the body. The borders have floral, diamond, thuthiripoo and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with bands and hints in dark brown and cobalt blue. The pallu features a diamond band flanked by elephant, peacock, floral and paisley motifs in gold zari woven using the'adai' technique.
