The beautiful kanjivaram sari in cobalt blue shot with bottle green is handwoven with checks in gold tissue, running along the body. The korvai borders follow a ganga jamuna layout,where one side is in mustard yellow shot with crimson red and other side in rust orange, both have diamond, thuthiripoo and geometric patterns in gold zari and sap green, along with hints of scarlet red. The pallu in dark brown is interlocked using the 'pethni' technique features a diamond band edged by horse, peacock, thuthiripoo and geometric patterns in gold zari, scarlet red and sap green woven using the 'adai' technique.
