This unique kanjivaram sari in lavender shot with grey is handwoven with geometric checks enclosing peacock motifs in gold zari, dotted on the body. The borders have diamond, circular and geometric patterns in gold zari, along with bands in silver zari. The pallu features a twill band edged by yali, iruthalai pakshi, paisley and geometric patterns in gold zari, woven using the 'adai' technique.
