Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 20-100-HS001-01472

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This regal kanjivaram sari in black is handwoven with circular motifs in gold zari on the body. The korvai broad border has chevron, diamond and geometric patterns in gold zari and black; while the small border has chevron and geometric patterns in gold zari and black. The pallu features chevron, diamond, geometric and stylised leaf motifs in gold zari and black.
