Kanakavalli Kanjivaram Silk Sari 19-100-HS001-00399

This sari is from Kanakavalli’s Reiya collective that have undergone a series of hand processes to soften and age the drape. It is marked by age-muted zari, and a sumptuous bodied but butter soft hand feel.

This beautiful kanjivaram sari in maroon is handwoven with checks in gold zari, running along the body. The korvai borders in maroon have floral and geometric patterns in gold zari. The pallu also in maroon have geometric bands and alternating stripes in gold zari.

Approximate Length - 5.3 meters + 0.65 to 0.7 meters (attached blouse)
Height - 1.12 - 1.17 meters.
