Kanakavalli Gadwal Silk/Cotton Sari 22-604-HS005-04294

This unique silk cotton gadwal sari is handwoven with checks in a dual shade of chartreuse green and scarlet red, with a silk warp and cotton weft on the body. The temple korvai borders in black have geometric patterns in gold, along with stripes and bands in ochre yellow and deep sky blue. The pallu mirrors the colours and patterns of the borders in gold, mustard yellow and deep turquoise blue. Both the borders and pallu are in silk.
