This classic kanjivaram sari is handwoven in ochre yellow shot with black. The borders in dark navy blue shot with black have circular, dotted stripes and geometric patterns in gold zari and rust orange, along with bands and hints in emerald green. The pallu is interlocked using the 'benth' technique in the same colours as the borders and features a diamond band flanked by yali, horse, lion, paisley and geometric motifs in gold zari, emerald green and burnt orange.
